Palm Beach Gardens struggled with a slow, manual process for fulfilling public records requests—employees printed or hunted through inboxes and involved IT to retrieve messages. The change cut fulfillment times from weeks to hours (the city now advertises three-day turnaround), simplified the move to cloud-based Exchange, provided offsite backup for disaster recovery, and proved more economical than Exchange’s native option—delivering measurable savings and faster, more reliable service for Palm Beach Gardens’ 50,000 residents and 8,200 businesses.
