Notations, a U.S. ladies' apparel company founded in 1979, faced an aging ERP and highly manual sales processes (orders handwritten, swatches attached, and each order processed seven times) that limited sales efficiency, accuracy and its ability to scale for fast fashion and eCommerce. After extensive due diligence, Notations selected CGS and its BlueCherry suite—primarily BlueCherry ERP (with BlueCherry EDI, B2B eCommerce, PLM and Advanced Warehousing)—to modernize their infrastructure and support growth.
CGS implemented BlueCherry ERP so orders are now entered once and flow automatically through reports and workflows; within two years Notations achieved streamlined order processing, near 100% staff approval, faster time-to-market, improved order accuracy and tracking, and significant cost savings by avoiding platform replacement. BlueCherry’s native drop-ship support has already enabled Notations to ship to two customer sites today with planned expansion to 10 and then 20, showing CGS’s measurable impact on scalability and sustained growth.
