Sennheiser - Customer Case Study

Sennheiser Electronic Corporation (SEC), the U.S. and Latin America arm of Sennheiser, was hampered by a manual, paper-based collections process. Collectors relied on PDF aging reports generated from JD Edwards and Crystal Reports across four territories, with no automated reminders or letter activities and constant navigation among multiple screens — a workflow that lowered productivity and limited customer touches.

Implementing Cforia’s AR Workbench with real-time JD Edwards integration consolidated order, credit, collections and deductions into a single system, added Days-Beyond-Term aging and territory segmentation, and introduced prioritized call queues and a flexible letter engine. The result: call volume per collector doubled, accounts over 30 days past due fell from about 11% to under 1%, current receivables rose to 94.8%, open deductions dropped substantially, and Sennheiser supported 30% revenue growth without increasing AR headcount.
