Daikin (following its 2012 acquisition of Goodman Manufacturing) is the world’s largest HVAC manufacturer and faced a global accounts receivable challenge: AR data lived in two separate ERP systems, leaving management without a consolidated view of credit exposure, slow month-end KPI reporting (taking a day or more), and limited visibility into individual collector activity and performance.
