Age UK Oxfordshire, part of the wider Age UK charity, needed to replace paper-based and spreadsheet-driven HR processes that were causing errors, poor reporting, and weak forecasting. As the organisation grew, its HR team needed a more reliable cloud-based HR system to manage personnel data, absences, performance, and recruitment across a workforce with multiple roles and many remote staff.

Cezanne HR implemented its HRIS, starting with People Management and later adding Performance, Absence, and Recruitment modules. The result was much more accurate data, faster and more confident reporting, better visibility of team calendars and absence patterns, and fewer holiday clashes; staff also found the self-service tools easy to use. Overall, Cezanne HR helped Age UK Oxfordshire improve operational efficiency and gave HR more time to focus on strategic work.
