Peikko Group, a Finnish global supplier of concrete connections and composite structures, needed an engaging way to illustrate its business challenges for its annual global management meeting. The company's CEO wanted a fun and effective business simulation that could be completed within a day and a half. To meet this challenge, they partnered with vendor Cesim and utilized their adaptable general management simulation.

Cesim implemented a customized simulation for 55 participants split into 10 teams. The solution involved creating a fictitious company that mirrored Peikko's real-world operating environment and challenges. The teams maneuvered their virtual companies through multiple rounds, dealing with dynamic market factors. The CEO reported that the simulation successfully allowed his management team to holistically experience key profitability drivers in a risk-free, competitive, and fun environment.
