The Telekom Austria Group, a leading communications provider in Central and Eastern Europe, sought a holistic way to train its young potentials in telecom operator management and develop their teamwork skills. To meet this challenge, they partnered with vendor Cesim to utilize the Cesim Connect telecom business simulation game.

Cesim implemented an online simulation where participants managed a full-service telecom operator, making bi-weekly decisions on everything from network investments to finance. This solution allowed the program's participants to virtually collaborate and apply their learning, gaining practical experience in a competitive market environment. The Cesim simulation was a core component of the development programme, culminating in teams presenting their results to the group's CFO.
