Midland States Bank sought to provide its high-potential employees with practical tools to tackle real-world business challenges as they advanced their careers. To augment its project management and business acumen curriculum, the bank partnered with Cesim to implement business simulations that would bridge the gap between classroom training and on-the-job application.

Cesim implemented two simulations: Cesim Project for project management training and Cesim Bank for developing financial business acumen. The vendor customized the simulations with the bank's own templates and tools to increase relevancy.
