Grenoble Management School and Chamber of Commerce - Customer Case Study

Grenoble Management School and Chamber of Commerce sought a way to provide its Master of Finance students with a global vision of how different business functions interact. They needed a realistic simulation to help students understand the practical impact of their decisions and roles within a company. To meet this challenge, the school chose to implement a business game from the vendor Cesim.

The solution implemented was the Cesim Global Challenge simulation, which students use over a four-day session to experiment with different strategies and roles. By moving this exercise to the beginning of their program, students can "fail early" in a virtual environment, allowing them to reorganize their approach to learning and decision-making for the rest of their studies. Cesim provided the platform that enabled students to grasp how individual roles impact overall company performance. The school has been a satisfied Cesim customer since 2010 and also uses other Cesim simulations in its Bachelor and Advanced Master's programs.
