Holland Company, a 600-employee provider of railway products and field services, had nearly 400 mobile staff generating about 800 expense reports a month. Frustrated by poor customer service and unmet requests from their previous provider, the company needed a T&E solution with strong mobile tools, integrated mileage/mapping and automated policy controls to support its high-volume, field-based workforce.
Holland implemented Certify, rolling out the mobile app and receipt-capture to all field users and integrating with its ISS accounting system. The new system streamlined reporting and approvals, reduced manual data entry and errors, gave users direct support, saved the accounting team about six hours per month, and cut employee reimbursement time by roughly two days.
