Longo’s, the Canadian grocer with 36 stores in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, turned to Certainty Software at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic to improve how it collected and reported business performance data across its stores. The company used Certainty to support health and safety inspections and reporting.

Certainty Software was initially used for health and safety audits and daily inspections, and later expanded across Longo’s for internal control documents, inspections, benchmarks, corrective action management, and business performance reporting. Longo’s said Certainty’s simple interface, photo capture, real-time reporting, and notifications helped improve audit documentation, trend analysis, accountability, and faster escalation of high-risk issues.
