Brose, the German automotive supplier founded in 1908, needed a better way to manage Layered Process Audits across its production sites worldwide. Before working with Certainty Software, it faced problems with multilingual checklists and with combining and consistently reporting LPA findings across several plants.

Certainty Software provided a single system for the full LPA process, eliminating manual data transfers and improving data consistency and accuracy. It also let Brose auditors record findings on mobile devices with pictures and graphics, supported multilingual checklists in one format, and used standardized question IDs so Brose could compare and report LPA results across plants on a groupwide level.
