Amego, a nonprofit serving people with autism and other developmental disabilities, was managing quality assurance site reviews with paper-based checklists and manual data entry. The process created an 8-hour rework burden for each audit and became harder to manage as the organization grew to more than 90 locations and needed to review more than 400 data points at each site.

Using Certainty’s digital checklists, conditional question logic, tooltips, custom action plans, and OData feed, Amego removed manual re-entry, simplified audit navigation, and created custom dashboards for tracking progress. Certainty helped Amego shorten site reviews by 8 hours per review, reduce the audit cycle to 6 months, and reach a roughly 90% completion rate for 4,535 actions in the first cycle, with action plans now sent by the next business day after each site review.
