How FinancialForce increased attendance and operational efficiencies for their global events

FinancialForce, a global ERP and services company, was running large internal and external events across the US and Europe and needed a more flexible event solution. Their existing setup lacked a strong Marketo integration, forcing the team to manually upload attendee and lead data after events, while also making it difficult to update speakers, sessions, and registration forms by attendee type.

Certain implemented Certain Event Automation with native Marketo integration, dynamic fields and forms, and in-event check-in/mobile tools. As a result, FinancialForce eliminated manual data handling, improved event creation and follow-up efficiency, and was able to trigger real-time, targeted Marketo campaigns from attendee data. Certain also helped deliver more personalized registration and promotion, which led to a significant increase in event attendance.
