Coventry University, a UK public research university with about 27,000 students and nearly 3,000 academic staff, needed a holistic view of its IT project demand versus resource capacity. Project work had been manual and resource‑intensive, making it hard to identify constraints, prioritize work and get a clear picture of all demands across projects and business‑as‑usual activities.
