A Cerri Case Study
Rémy Cointreau, a leading international wine and spirits group (brands include Rémy Martin and Cointreau) with about 1,200 employees across Europe, North America and Asia, needed a better way to manage a large SAP integration launched in April 2007. With more than 100 people involved, Excel proved impractical for centralized project control and reliable time reporting required for three-month advance planning and accurate resource allocation.
Rémy Cointreau chose Genius Project for its value and expertise and deployed it starting April 2007, with Genius Project resolving technical issues related to their Lotus Notes platform. Today the IT department uses Genius Planner and timesheets to centralize all projects, improve visibility and planning, prevent conflicts, and produce better time-reporting for resource allocation; they plan to extend the solution with workflow and project-request features and report high satisfaction with the vendor’s support.
