Truphone launches Truphone World in 2.5 months with Cerillion

Truphone, now part of 1Global, is a global wireless carrier and MVNO that required a highly flexible BSS solution to support its complex multi-currency and multi-company business model. Its key challenges included managing sophisticated enterprise account hierarchies and enabling fast service rollout to new countries. To address this, Truphone selected Cerillion and its CRM & Billing platform following a competitive tender process.

Cerillion implemented its convergent solution, including CRM Plus and Revenue Manager, which went live in 2013. The platform successfully underpinned the creation of the Truphone Zone across eight countries and enabled the rapid launch of a 66-country bundle in just two and a half months. Cerillion provided the strategic partnership and technical capability that allowed Truphone to deliver its disruptive service to the global market.
