Truphone, a global wireless carrier, needed a highly flexible billing and customer care platform to support its complex multi-currency, multi-company mobile offering across many countries. With Cerillion’s convergent CRM and billing solution, Truphone aimed to manage challenging tariffs, multi-IMSI technology, multilingual service, and rapid expansion into new markets.

Cerillion implemented Revenue Manager along with Customer Care, Self Service, Output Streamer, and Information Manager. The system went live in 2013, first supporting three countries and then expanding to Truphone Zone across eight countries; Truphone World, a 66-country bundle, was launched in just two and a half months, demonstrating Cerillion’s speed and scalability.
