CRM & Billing for Multi-brand Wholesale and Retail CSP

M2 Telecommunications Group, now part of Vocus, is Australia’s largest network-independent telecommunications provider, serving retail and wholesale customers across fixed-line, mobile and data services. After a series of acquisitions left it with a complex mix of legacy systems, M2 needed a way to unify its multiple brands and streamline billing, provisioning and customer management across a growing multi-brand business. Cerillion was selected to help address this challenge, using its CRM and billing platform for the transformation.

Cerillion implemented a multi-tenant BSS platform to harmonise M2’s systems, support wholesale and retail operations, and automate service fulfilment and provisioning across four host networks. The solution went live in early 2012 and delivered lower operating costs, improved business efficiency, faster product launches, better revenue assurance and stronger financial control. Today, most SMB customers, products and services run on Cerillion under the Commander brand, with additional brands and wholesale product sets also supported.
