Relish, a 4G communications service in London operated by UK Broadband, needed to launch quickly in the competitive UK broadband market with a unique, transparent proposition. The company wanted flexible pricing, high-availability charging for data services, online self-service, and rapid order fulfilment for next-day device delivery. Cerillion provided the BSS foundation, including its Convergent Charging System and Self Service capabilities.
Cerillion implemented a pre-integrated BSS suite covering Revenue Manager, Convergent Charging System, CRM Plus, Self Service, Order Streamer and Intelligent Matching. This enabled Relish to meet an aggressive launch timeline while rolling out a new network and BSS in parallel. The result was a “fibre-fast” broadband service with transparent pricing and better customer experience, giving Relish a competitive edge and helping it enter the market successfully.
