Manx Telecom, the leading communications solutions provider on the Isle of Man, needed a billing and charging platform that could keep pace with its pioneering fixed and mobile services, new business models, and evolving network requirements. Cerillion provided a complete convergent billing solution, including Revenue Manager, Convergent Charging System, CRM Plus, Service Manager, Mediator Plus, Interconnect Manager, and Output Streamer.

Cerillion implemented a single integrated platform for convergent prepaid and postpaid billing across fixed and mobile services, with support for network inventory, event-based rating, content services, and interconnect management. The results included regular upgrades to support UMTS and HSDPA rollouts, industry firsts for unified GSM, 3G and fixed-line billing, BABT approval for billing accuracy in 2006, and a 2016 migration that gave Manx Telecom one fully convergent instance for all prepaid and postpaid customers.
