Yalber, a New York-based financial services company, uses Salesforce to manage campaigns, capture leads, and deliver funding services to small businesses. The company needed help with a large volume of documents, buggy and inefficient Salesforce code, and an email notification process that could send bulk messages across different time zones.

CEPTES Software implemented a solution using Conga for instant document generation, and rebuilt Yalber’s Salesforce automation from the ground up with refactored triggers, helper classes, and batch processing support. CEPTES Software also created an email notification framework using Apex and time-based workflows, resulting in smoother automation, timely customer notifications, and higher lead volume, conversion, and opportunity creation.
