Animaker, a video creation platform for beginners, non-designers, and professionals, wanted to take its solution global by integrating with Salesforce. The company needed help with end-to-end Salesforce integration, adapting its existing technology to Salesforce, easing user onboarding without licensing issues, and capturing viewer information for CRM analysis. CEPTES Software was selected to support the integration using AppExchange and Salesforce cloud services.

CEPTES Software designed and implemented an AppExchange solution that connected Animaker with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud. Instead of rebuilding the product, the existing web app was embedded securely into Salesforce, and a two-way integration plus a video turnstile feature was built using Salesforce Platform Events. The result was faster time to market, significant savings in time and money, easier onboarding for existing subscribers, automatic transfer of viewer data into Salesforce, and improved customer engagement across sales, marketing, and service teams.
