Topcon Medical Systems, a medical device manufacturer and subsidiary of Topcon Corporation, needed a better way for its field service team to access up-to-date pricing from SAP while working in Salesforce/ServiceMax. The company also struggled to create invoices with the correct pricing and send customized price quotes to different customers. CEPTES Software helped address these challenges using Salesforce-based tools, including Conga for document generation.

CEPTES Software implemented a seamless SAP and ServiceMax integration so pricing data would stay synchronized across both systems. As a result, changes made in SAP automatically reflected in Salesforce product and price books, enabling more accurate invoice preparation and faster generation of about 300 business documents with fresh Salesforce data. CEPTES Software also developed a customized CPQ in Service Cloud to support tailored quotes for different customers.
