Sparta Systems, a leading U.S.-based healthcare organization, needed to move its existing complaint handling and risk management process to a cloud-based application while preserving functionality and migrating legacy data. Using CEPTES Software’s complaint management application, Sparta also needed support for visual workflows, decision tree and investigation configuration, regulatory submission creation, follow-up submission handling, and automated translation of complaint files.

CEPTES Software implemented a complaint management system tailored to Sparta Systems’ processes, including a submission-record interface that auto-populates data from related objects and a translation workflow that generates CSV files for selected complaints. The result was a new complaint management system that meets regulatory requirements, reduces manual effort in submission data entry, and eliminates the need for dedicated translation resources while supporting batch translations across multiple complaints.
