Smarteeva, a technology company based in Santa Barbara, CA, needed a highly user-friendly, lightweight Troubleshooting/Intake (TI) application that could work on the go and via the web, while also meeting demanding requirements around AI, Salesforce expertise, and low maintenance. To address these needs, CEPTES Software helped support a solution built for medical device companies to capture intake data at the source and streamline customer issue resolution.

CEPTES Software implemented a Smarteeva TI solution using Conga to generate around 300 business documents instantly from fresh Salesforce data, with the ability to sign or email them in one click. The solution added intelligent workflows, decision trees, e-signature, and compliance features, enabling faster troubleshooting, consistent responses, reduced manual effort, and rapid configuration and deployment across multiple environments.
