Yalber, a New York-based royalty investment company in the financial services sector, uses Salesforce to manage campaigns, capture leads, and support funding services. To improve its sales operations, Yalber needed help from CEPTES Software to add flexible SMS capabilities across Salesforce records, automate repeated SMS attempts, populate account contact owner address details, better control opportunity sales stages, and capture the first lead activity.

CEPTES Software implemented Salesforce customizations and an AppExchange/RingCentral-based SMS solution, including an invocable class that can send SMS from any sObject and retry queued messages every five minutes until success or failure. The team also built logic to populate account contact owner addresses, created controlled custom opportunity stages, and added triggers to capture task and event activity. As a result, Yalber can now send SMS from any relevant record, automatically retry messages, accurately manage contact ownership details, and give sales reps better control over opportunities and first-touch activity tracking.
