Ortsbo, a subsidiary of Intertainment, needed to extend its real-time translation capabilities across Salesforce so support agents could translate and review emails and case details in different languages. The goal was to make an Ortsbo button available in the Salesforce Console for one-click translation and better global customer support. CEPTES Software provided the solution.

CEPTES Software delivered a custom Salesforce button that lets users translate case details into their locale language and also translate incoming emails into the case user’s language. This enabled Ortsbo to support global customers more effectively within Salesforce, improving usability for multilingual support teams.
