LeadSquared, a Bangalore-based technology company offering marketing automation and CRM solutions, needed help integrating Salesforce CRM with its platform. The challenge was handling large inbound syncs, converted lead records, API timeouts, data errors, logging limits, and the need for serial syncing and retry logic. CEPTES Software was brought in to support the Salesforce CRM integration with LeadSquared.

CEPTES Software reworked the inbound flow, limited batch sizes, added custom exception handling and audit logging, enabled partial record success with AllOrNone DML, and implemented serial processing plus retry logic for failed API calls. As a result, Salesforce and LeadSquared were successfully integrated with bi-directional REST-based sync for leads, contacts, and activities, reducing manual effort and improving data flow reliability.
