Their complaint data flowed from CMSNext into Salesforce complaint management, and some critical information arrived in native languages, making it difficult for approvers to review. The company was also manually creating Word documents and sending them to vendors for translation, creating a time-consuming process for both complaints and file attachments.
CEPTES Software implemented an automated translation module integrated with Salesforce and SAP Business ByDesign to streamline the entire workflow. The solution creates translation tasks based on country and metadata rules, generates CSV files for selected complaints, supports file attachment translation, and updates Salesforce automatically when translated content is returned. With this CEPTES Software solution, the customer reduced manual work, enabled translation of multiple complaints at once, and eliminated the need for a dedicated translation resource.
