The organization wanted a Salesforce-based donor portal that would provide a holistic view of donors and donations, support recurring and past donation tracking, enable tax and donation statement generation, allow profile and payment updates, work across devices, and integrate with Stripe.

CEPTES Software implemented Community Cloud and Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud to build a donor portal with all required functionality, using Lightning components, Apex, and Triggers, and recommending login-based Partner Community Licenses. As a result, the non-profit gained better visibility into donations, donors could complete payments and self-service tasks seamlessly, Stripe integrated smoothly, and the portal delivered a responsive experience across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
