CEPTES Software used Scribe, installed on the client’s on-premise server, along with a local SQL database to handle data transformations and support firewall exemptions. The migration was broken into three stages—moving data from MS CRM to SQL, transforming it in SQL, and loading it into Salesforce—with multiple data iterations to resolve mapping issues. The result was a seamless, successful migration with improved performance, better job prioritization and parallel execution, and nightly runs that reduced business impact.
