Concord, an IT industry company, needed a way to create multiple folders in a hierarchical structure in Box. Their challenge was that Box did not natively support creating child object folders under parent folders, and subfolders needed to be created automatically within those object folders. Concord partnered with CEPTES Software to build an enterprise app and Box-based solution for this requirement.

CEPTES Software delivered a customized Box implementation that allowed folders to be created at the child object level under the correct parent folder, along with dynamic subfolder creation through custom settings. The solution removed manual intervention and required no further customization when new subfolders were added, improving flexibility and simplifying folder management.
