Brother, a manufacturing company based in Sydney, Australia, needed help automating key Salesforce processes around case management. Its challenges included generating PDFs and CSV reports from cases, sending support notifications when claim statuses changed, automatically displaying customer details, and calculating dates more efficiently. CEPTES Software implemented custom buttons, Visualforce pages, Process Builder, Apex classes, and formula fields to automate PDF and CSV generation, trigger email notifications, show customer details, and calculate expiry dates before record save. As a result, Brother’s reports and email alerts worked reliably, customer support was notified when claims were completed, and users could see customer and expiration details instantly.
