Toshiba Medical Systems, through Toshiba America Medical Systems (TAMS), worked with Centroid to replace a highly customized, outdated ERP environment that was difficult to maintain and lacked standardization. The company also needed infrastructure upgrades and better reporting to support growth, improve performance, and simplify business processes across more than 1,200 users.
Centroid implemented Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12, along with infrastructure modernization, Linux migration, Oracle OBIEE, and Hyperion reporting. The result was a corporate-wide standard system, reduced customization and ownership costs, improved data accuracy and quoting, and a more supportable platform that delivered a next-generation ERP environment over a three-year deployment.
