Centroid helped Top Echelon, a provider of recruitment software and services, overcome significant infrastructure challenges following a series of acquisitions. The customer was struggling with fragmented AWS accounts, disparate CI/CD platforms, and inconsistent deployments, which led to operational complexity, a lack of developer visibility, and costly client-impacting issues.

Centroid implemented a multi-tenant Kubernetes environment on AWS to consolidate the infrastructure. This solution standardized CI/CD pipelines with GitLab and integrated essential tools, which greatly increased sandbox environment availability and significantly reduced its cost. The project also provided developers with a unified portal for metrics and streamlined operations with a single VPN connection.
