International Hot Sauce Branding Company enlisted Centro to build a stronger U.S. social following on Twitter. The brand’s goal was to increase followers at a cost per follower (CPF) that outperformed CPG social benchmarks, and with no prior experience in paid Twitter advertising it engaged Centro for social strategy and execution, using Twitter’s Promoted Accounts and Centro’s Basis capabilities.
Centro ran a month‑long Promoted Accounts campaign, surfacing sample tweets, optimizing bids and creative in real time, and pausing underperforming tactics. The effort drove nearly 8,500 new Twitter followers — over 5X the CPG benchmark — while Centro improved CPF by 45% during the campaign and delivered a final CPF three times more efficient than the benchmark, yielding a new, fully engaged audience.
