A Centro Case Study
The National Healthcare Network, a system of more than 80 hospitals and 110 urgent care clinics, needed to centralize appointment scheduling across its decentralized facilities and drive consumers to a single-service portal. Centro was engaged — leveraging its Basis platform and Centro DSP — to consolidate digital efforts and educate the client on best practices to notify patients of the new scheduling process.
Centro executed demographic and behavioral targeting primarily through Pandora and YouTube, applied hyper-local 10-mile geo-targeting around participating hospitals, and focused on insured women and mobile/music/video apps. The campaign delivered over 140 million impressions, generated 418,000 clicks (a 3% CTR), contributed to more than 1,000 booked online appointments, and produced a repeatable, scalable media planning process for the network.
