A Centrify Corporation Case Study
Lending Solutions, Inc. (LSI), a financial services call center, faced the challenge of rapidly deploying a secure, large-scale work-from-home solution for hundreds of agents at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. As an essential business, LSI needed to maintain operations while ensuring employee safety and, critically, remaining compliant with strict PCI and EI3PA security standards for privileged access. The existing remote access setup was insufficient for a mass deployment, creating an urgent need for a solution from vendor Centrify.
Centrify provided its Privileged Access Service (PAS), which was already in use for PAM. LSI quickly leveraged the solution to grant agents secure remote access via a portal, using role-based passwords vaulted in Centrify and multi-factor authentication. This enabled the rapid and compliant shift to a remote workforce. The results were immediate, allowing LSI to maintain business continuity, ensure regulatory compliance, and safeguard employee health. Centrify delivered critical time-to-value, and the solution also provided a competitive advantage by securely managing access to client systems.
