Centrica Business Solutions implemented a £1 million phased replacement lighting programme, including bespoke solutions for more complex areas and careful project management to maintain service continuity. The first phase delivered £85,000 in annual energy savings, with the second phase forecast to add another £95,000, bringing total savings to £180,000 per year across 5,500 lights and a projected payback of under six years.
