Embrace Home Loans, a fast-growing mortgage lender in Middletown, Rhode Island, wanted to reduce electricity costs and shrink its carbon footprint as part of its “Going Green” initiative. With office energy use exceeding 700,000 kWh per year, the company turned to Centrica Business Solutions for a solar solution that could lower operating expenses while supporting sustainability goals.

Centrica Business Solutions designed and installed a 328.4 kW rooftop solar system using 966 LG 340-watt panels and SolarEdge inverters, supported by a customized C-PACE financing structure and state grant funding. The project cut electricity consumption by 56%, reduced electricity costs by 69%, and is projected to save Embrace Home Loans £1.2 million over 25 years, while also delivering a three-year ROI.
