Garryvoe Hotel saves €130,000 a year with Centrica Business Solutions

The Garryvoe Hotel, a four-star hotel in Cork, faced high operating costs and a need for greater energy efficiency. To meet these challenges, they partnered with vendor Centrica Business Solutions and its partner Temp Technology to implement a natural gas-powered Combined Heat and Power (CHP) solution.

Centrica Business Solutions installed an ENER-G 150 trigeneration system, which generates electricity and heat for the hotel. This solution delivered annual energy savings of €130,000, reduced carbon emissions by 420 tons, and achieved a payback on investment in approximately 2.5 years.
