The trial uncovered an AC fan fault, a faulty HVAC unit, and an improved lighting schedule, delivering £13k ($16K) in savings during the pilot, including £10k ($13K) from faulty equipment detection and a 10% reduction in annual energy costs; the rollout is expected to pay back within 18 months.
