YOOX NET‑A‑PORTER (YNAP) is the world’s leading online luxury fashion retailer with global operations and a growing Private Labels business producing some 4,000 SKUs per season. As volumes rose, YNAP outgrew email and spreadsheets and needed a single, end-to-end product view to manage the lifecycle, control sample and production costs, eliminate data duplication, and enable standardised collaboration with designers, merchandisers and suppliers.

The PLM centralised product data, removed duplicate manual entry, saved time, and made costs, samples and production fully traceable; YNAP is now extending access to merchandisers, designers and suppliers to streamline collaboration and accelerate product development.
