Tristate Holdings is a vertically integrated fashion manufacturer with 8 factories, more than 10,000 employees and annual revenues near $290M, owning four global brands including C.P. Company (acquired in 2015). After acquiring C.P., Tristate found the brand’s legacy PDM and Excel-based processes couldn’t support a rapid push beyond Italy: product data was fragmented, collaboration with vendors was limited, and an aggressive timeline left no room for a slow, disruptive IT overhaul.
