Tape à l’Œil (TAO) is a Northern France–based childrenswear brand selling 25 million items a year through 330 stores in 20 countries and its own online channel. Facing slow, error-prone product workflows driven by Excel and email, TAO needed a collaborative PLM solution to increase style count, speed time-to-market and create a single, accurate view of collections and materials.
TAO selected Centric Software and used an Agile deployment with a cross-functional project team, going live across all product categories in six months. The Centric PLM now manages about 3,500 styles, improved data integrity and materials tracking, streamlined supplier communication and team collaboration, and was delivered on time and within budget.
