Preview of the Zeppelin Systems Case Study

Zeppelin Systems Relies on Centreon to Evolve Monitoring at the Speed of Digital Business

Zeppelin Systems, part of the Zeppelin Group, is a global plant engineering company with around 1,400 employees that depends on 24/7 IT availability to support highly digitized operations across multiple sites worldwide. As their environment grew more complex, they needed a monitoring platform that could scale with on-premises and cloud assets while preserving the flexibility of their existing open source setup. They turned to Centreon Open Source, later evolving toward Centreon IT Edition, to keep business-critical applications and infrastructure visible and reliable.

Centreon, supported by local partner Cancom, helped Zeppelin Systems modernize and centralize monitoring with a best-practice architecture, custom modules, improved notifications, and automated discovery and configuration. The result was a single source of truth for roughly 500 devices and 4,000 services across 17 locations, faster troubleshooting, fewer misconfiguration risks, and more time for the IT team to focus on higher-value work. With Centreon IT Edition, Zeppelin Systems is further extending automation, cloud monitoring, and support to match continued business growth.
