With Centreon Ems, French Department of Justice Supports Users and Agile Transformation

The French Department of Justice needed to modernize and centralize IT operations as part of a national digital transformation and agile transformation effort. To replace nine separate monitoring systems and support better collaboration across teams, the department turned to Centreon and its EMS platform to create a single, shared monitoring approach.

With Centreon EMS, the French Department of Justice centralized monitoring for more than 1,000 sites and expanded oversight to 90% of its IT system. The new platform improved availability and mean time to repair, broke down silos, and optimized resources: IT monitoring staff was reduced from 20 people to 3, and server usage dropped from 40 servers to 4.
