Pixagility, a France-based multiservice video platform supporting broadcasters across Europe and Africa, needed a more holistic way to monitor its highly time-sensitive production chain. As the company grew, its team struggled with alert overload, limited real-time visibility, and the need to future-proof IT monitoring for uninterrupted live and replay broadcast experiences. Pixagility turned to Centreon and its EMS monitoring platform to better protect service continuity and viewer experience.

With support from Centreon, Pixagility deployed Centreon EMS and Centreon MAP to create a flexible, scalable monitoring environment with role-based dashboards and cockpit views. The solution now monitors the production chain end to end, improves alert relevance, and helps the engineering and operations teams act faster and more proactively. Pixagility reports stronger reliability, better peak-load management, and sharper decision-making based on real data, with about twenty daily users benefiting from the system and plans to extend monitoring further.
