With Centreon’s IT monitoring platform, ITS Integra standardized monitoring across all client environments, automated ticketing and checks, and integrated the solution with tools like EasyVista and Elastic to strengthen observability. Centreon’s flexibility and Plugin Packs helped ITS Integra manage around 10,000 hosts and 120,000 services while reducing tool sprawl and training complexity.
